A "Seller Representative Specialist" is a real estate professional who has earned a designation from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) by completing a specialized course demonstrating their expertise in representing sellers in real estate transactions. To obtain this designation you must: complete the required SRS course be a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) complete an additional elective course depending on the program submit an application with necessary documentation.
An "Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist" is a designation awarded to real estate agents who demonstrate expertise in representing buyers, signifying a high level of knowledge and skill in guiding clients through the home buying process. To obtain this designation you must: complete the required ABR course Pass an exam Document certain number of buyer transactions Maintain membership with Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Coucil (REBAC) within NAR
A "Senior Real Estate Specialist" is a designation earned by real estate agents who complete specialized training to effectively serve clients aged 50 and older, focusing on their unique needs related to selling a family home, relocating, and navigating retirement housing options.to obtain this designation you must: complete the required SRES course Maintain active membership with NAR and the SRES Council
